Farhana Sayed brings over 30 years of experience across finance, technology, and operations. From investment banking operations to managing strategic country portfolios, she offers a complete 360° perspective on how businesses succeed — and where they get stuck.

Farhana founded ResQMC to address the gap between vision and execution that she observed repeatedly throughout her corporate career. Her consulting style cuts through complexity — no jargon, no endless reports — just clear, hands-on guidance that delivers results.
